At ModCM, our mission is to provide industry leading construction management services focused on volumetric modular, mass timber and offsite projects. 

These projects require leadership that understands the competing agendas of the project team, the risks associated with offsite construction and can guide that team to success using proven strategies and the team's complimentary skills. 

At ModCM, we have 30 years of commercial construction management experience that includes site built & modular construction,  building commissioning, facility management and 10 years as owner's representative / developer. 

Since 2017, we've built (66) commercial modular buildings working with several design & construction teams and modular factories in the Western USA. These projects include hospitality, multi-family, workforce housing, and vacation cabins. On the hospitality front, we've done projects with Marriott, Hilton and Delaware North Companies including the largest modular Marriott (by SF) in the country! 

At ModCM, we also work with mass timber projects and have been the owner representative for the first CLT modular multi-family project in North America.

Additionally, our team has an MBI Award of Distinction to our credit for a  mountain resort permanent workforce housing development!
